È infatti situato a pochi metri dalla fermata dell’autobus che ogni mezz’ora collega Porto Mantovano con il cuore della città storica e con Peschiera del Garda; di fronte alla pista ciclabile che consente di raggiungere il Lago di Garda, i parchi naturalistici del Mincio e le pittoresche località dell’entroterra lacustre; poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria di Porto Mantovano.

Indeed, it is located a few meters from the bus stop every half hour between Porto Mantovano with the heart of the historic city and Peschiera del Garda; in front of the bike path that allows you to reach Lake Garda, the natural parks of the Mincio and the picturesque towns inland lakes; not far from the train station in Porto Mantovano.
Entrance on the small garden for guests to use, double room with extra bed, private bathroom, living room with kitchen and equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, TV …), air conditioning, barbecue with outdoor fireplace, private parking.
The rooms, located in the former farmhouse completely renovated, have every modern “comfort”: private bathroom with large shower, television, refrigerator and, of course, air conditioning. Particular importance has been given to the soundproofing of the rooms so that the “privacy” and quietness of each guest is assured. For the guests of the rooms, the restaurant is able to ensure a menu even on closing days.
